Description

A refreshing dessert salad with a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy layers, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g (10.6 oz) Pretzels
  • 115 g (1/2 cup) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) Granulated Sugar
  • 225 g (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 240 ml (1 cup) Whipped Topping
  • 400 g (14 oz) Fresh Strawberries, washed and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, crush the pretzels until finely ground. Combine the pretzel crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped topping until well combined and fluffy. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  3. Wash and slice the strawberries. Layer them over the cream cheese mixture, ensuring even coverage for a beautiful presentation.
  4. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes

Ensure the crust cools fully before adding the cream cheese layer to prevent mixing. For added flavor, you may mix in other berries.
